HONEST, REASONABLE FEES FOR ALL LEGAL MATTERS
* Loyalty Guarantee: Repeat clients receive a 20% discount on any legal matter, and any clients referred by another client receive a 10% discount on any legal matter. We believe in being upfront and honest about all of our fees. We guarantee there will be no “hidden” fees associated with any work done by our firm.
CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY (one filer): $1500 (plus court filing fee and $30 credit report).
CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY (married, filing jointly): $1800 (plus court filing fee and $50 credit reports).
CHAPTER 13 BANKRUPTCY: $1200 to file (plus court filing fee and credit report fee).
CHAPTER 11 BANKRUPTCY: $10,000 retainer in most cases.
CREDIT REPAIR: $250 for consultation and forms.
LOAN MODIFICATION: $3000 ONLY if client receives a modification offer from bank. No money charged until offer is received.
SHORT SALE: no fees – attorney/broker paid by bank. Clients receive discount on prior service if referring a short sale.
DIVORCE: $200 if uncontested. Other family law matters hourly.
CIVIL LITIGATION: normally on contingency (attorney paid out of lawsuit, client pays nothing). Free consultations on all matters.
ONLINE DEFAMATION: contingency. no upfront fee.
COLLECTIONS VIOLATIONS: contingency. no upfront fee.
