The Law Offices of Andrew A. Moher was opened on January 1, 2010. Prior to opening the firm, Mr. Moher was a partner at Ramey Stairs APC, a boutique firm focusing primarily on civil litigation in San Diego. Mr. Moher has worked for American Express Bank, Washington Mutual Bank, the San Diego Public Defender, and Arnold and Porter, LLP. In addition, Mr. Moher works with a network of attorneys throughout California and is Of-Counsel to several San Diego and Los Angeles based law firms.
Mr. Moher graduated from the University of Michigan with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. He then pursued his legal career at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. While at Thomas Jefferson, Mr. Moher was an editor on the law review, a member of the Criminal Law Society, and was published nationally in an article discussing the use of torture in U.S. interrogations.
Mr. Moher is an active member of the California Bar and Illinois Bar. He is licensed to practice in the Southern, Central, Eastern, and Northern districts of California. Mr. Moher is a member of the American Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
Mr. Moher has filed over 200 consumer bankruptcy cases with the firm, as well as working on several high profile litigation matters.
